AZJili Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AZJili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AZJili ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the AZJili website, mobile platform, and all associated services.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet on AZJili, you acknowledge that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all features of the platform, including but not limited to game participation, bonus redemption, financial transactions, and customer support interactions.

AZJili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To use AZJili, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. AZJili strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a previously banned or suspended AZJili player.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on AZJili. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. • Provide a valid and active email address during registration.
• Do not share your account login with anyone — including family members.
• AZJili may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on AZJili are conducted inPhilippine Peso (₱). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment channels:

• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards

Deposits are generally credited to your AZJili account instantly. In rare cases involving bank processing delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit is not reflected after this period, contact our support team with a copy of your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours from the time of submission, subject to successful identity verification. AZJili does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

AZJili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where AML (Anti-Money Laundering) concerns arise. Providing false documentation is grounds for permanent account termination.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

AZJili regularly offers bonuses, cashback deals, deposit matches, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable across all AZJili promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible, verified players with accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before the bonus amount or associated winings can be withdrawn.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Winings derived from bonus funds may be capped as specified in individual promotion terms.

06 Gameplay and Fair Play

AZJili is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. All casino-style games on the platform use a certifiedRandom Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and free from manipulation.

Live multiplayer games — including Pusoy and Tongits — are played against real registered players. AZJili actively monitors all game sessions for irregular patterns. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Using bots, automated tools, or scripts to play on your behalf.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AZJili. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering — using AZJili to process, clean, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraud — including using stolen payment credentials, falsifying identity documents, or providing false personal information.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate AZJili transactions with your bank or payment provider to recover funds after using them on the platform.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one account.
• Underage gambling — accessing the platform as a minor or allowing minor to use your account.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions — using VPNs or proxy services to access AZJili from a prohibited jurisdiction.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

AZJili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The security or integrity of the platform is at risk.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting AZJili customer support. Upon account closure, any pending bonuses are forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.

09 Responsible Gaming

AZJili takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment — never a financial solution or an obsession. The platform provides the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the AZJili platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit any platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZJili and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to the player's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Decisions made by players based on incorrect or incomplete information on the platform.

AZJili's total liability to any player in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the value of that player's account balance at the time of the incident, unless otherwise required by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

AZJili may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For major changes that materially affect your rights, we may also notify you via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the AZJili platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AZJili's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through AZJili's internal dispute resolution process.
